ALGAENERGY supplies the international market with high quality microalgae which is suitable for diverse applications, grown in both saltwater and freshwater varieties.

ALGAENERGY is currently marketing products for use in aquaculture and nutrition, natural pigments, the cosmetic industry, technology and engineering.  In the near future, ALGAENERGY will have developed new products for the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors, whilst at the same time developing a research program aimed at creating a biofuel which can be used for road transport and  aviation.

Depending on the industry for which the final product is intended, ALGAENERGY will cultivate selected microalgae, from which high quality, contaminant-free biomass is obtained, which in itself is valuable as food in either paste or lyophilized form, or as an interesting extraction product.

Indeed, should you ultimately intend to obtain a substance from the biomass which has been produced (such as lutein, beta-carotene, astaxanthin, etc.), the process must be completed,  extracting the substance using the most suitable procedures. Presentation varies, ranging from being sold in capsule, tablet or liquid form.
